If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Acceptance of this refund policy
As a customer it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy .
- Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered;
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Products Are Accepted For Return
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Safely package returning products and include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Chemical Warehouse is not responsible for any damages during shipping process. All products must be received in same condition as delivered to the customer. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. We highly recommend taping lids on all liquid Products. UPS is our preferred carrier.
Expedited Shipping Charges are not refunded. A 25% restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. Special orders are nonrefundable. Return Policy
